The Challenge

After working with multiple agencies to help tell their story, NERC never really found an agency that they gelled with. From this, there was a lack of storytelling and brand identity across social media along with an outdated website. NERC wanted to find an agency that could simplify their brand identity, whilst telling the real NERC story across all their social channels and website.

The Solution

After submitting a review and recommendation document to NERC, we conducted a bespoke onboarding session to unlock the real story that needed to be told on our channels. We conducted a thorough social media deep dive to open the correct content pillars NERC should be talking about on social media as well as creating a more minimal and simple brand identity that would let their word do the talking and elevate their brand presence. A thorough website overhaul was completed and the relevant changes made to enhance their current web presence.
