A North East marketing agency is continuing on its positive growth journey with the appointment of Michael Pagan as its new managing director.
A Chartered Marketer with over 20 years’ experience in branding, design and marketing consultancy, across B2B and B2C sectors, working with global & local brands in both private & public sectors – Michael joins the team at Blue Moon Marketing at a pivotal time, having doubled its headcount in the last 12 months.
Following 15 years on the senior management team at DECIDE, the UK’s longest established independent creative consultancy, where he most recently held the role of managing director, Michael said:
“I will always be proud of my career with DECIDE and what we achieved, but after 19 years I felt the time was right to take on a fresh challenge. I’ve followed Blue Moon’s journey since the very start. It’s already a great agency, founded with a clear purpose – to provide clients with a very different way to engage with marketing partners and offer them an incredibly flexible way to bring high quality, specialist expertise into their businesses, in today’s unpredictable world. I’m really excited to join the team and have the opportunity to help lead and shape our next phase of growth.”
Since its launch in 2021 by founder and brand strategy director, Anne Reynolds, the business has gone from strength to strength.
Now employing a core team of seven, and serving over 30 clients across the North East and North West, Blue Moon is getting ready for another exciting year.
