Job Description

As a Client Manager for Blue Moon you will be delivering award-winning work and surpassing client’s expectations, briefs, and budgets. As part of your day to day you will be collaborating with, and managing executives, freelancers, assistants, suppliers, co-workers and delegating tasks and responsibilities accordingly. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understanding a wide range of marketing fields including branding, PR, social media, digital and print.
  • Project Management to ensure all client requirements are met on time and in budget
  • Hosting regular client meetings to discuss performance and understand how we can further enhance our relationships
  • Seeking out new business opportunities either through ways to maximise existing clients or through networking with new clients

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an agency Account Manager or Account Executive (we will not rule out experience in a different kind of customer-facing role if you feel it is relevant)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and clients at any one time
  • Excellent client-facing skills and communications experience
  • Basic design experience (familiarity with Canva, Photoshop etc)
  • Copywriting experience (ability to tailor tone of voice and construct messaging for social media captions, blogs etc)
  • Ability to work as a team as well as a highly motivated individual
  • Ability to take on constructive criticism and feedback, using any learnings to further improve your performance
  • Resilience to work under pressure (especially when big deadlines loom)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Presentation Skills (to support with client pitches and presentations to the senior leadership team)
  • Preferably, some line-management experience (1 year minimum if possible – however this is not essential)
