Tyne Tees Ceramics have been delivering high quality ceramic tiles to trades and the public since 1983. This family run business has always focused on supplying products to help bring your interior spaces to life!

The Challenge

Tyne Tees Ceramics have two target audiences to attract so needed a marketing approach that would attract both segments. From local tradesmen looking for the perfect tiles, to the public who want to better their home with high quality ceramic tiles. TTC had gone over 30 years with only targeting tradesmen and had successfully created strong relationships and a great following, so when they decided to venture into speaking to the public, where were they to start?

The Solution

Though research was conducted to fully understand both audience segments then the creation of two bespoke marketing strategies was produced to truly speak to both target audiences. From creating bespoke brand identities for each segment, to creating content plans and social management – we helped, and continue to help with it all!
