As a client manager, I am usually spending my time getting to know my clients and their businesses. Well, I thought I’d tell you a bit about myself. In this blog, I share some insight into me, my goals and a bit about my personal life!

Why did you want to join the Blue Moon team?

I am a very devoted person when it comes to work and I rarely switch off. But when you love your job, it doesn’t really feel like work. Right?

I see working at Blue Moon as a way to contribute to an exciting, forward-thinking and fast-moving business and feel as though my skills and attributes marry up with Anne’s vision. Working with someone who has the same feelings and actions towards work makes it that much more enjoyable and I truly feel like this is an opportunity of a lifetime.

What are you most excited about for this next year?

I’m super excited to be a part of the Blue Moon team and I can’t wait to see where the company goes within the next year. We are growing rapidly and it’s such an amazing time to be fully involved within the business. Anne has such a clear vision for the future of Blue Moon and it’s refreshing to work for someone who has so much drive and determination – so I am extremely grateful to be a part of the journey.

What do you do in your spare time?

In my spare time I love to hang out with friends or my partner and go do something adventurous! This past weekend I went camping for the first time ever, and took part in a ‘total-wipeout’ inflatable assault course. It was so much fun but I can say camping isn’t for me haha!

On an average weekend I will see family and friends, go on nice walks by the beach or head out for an evening meal! Then end with a relaxed Sunday at home! My partner and I have lived in our home for a year and it’s my ultimate safe space!

What are three random facts about me?

  1. I was recently told that I am dairy intolerant after eating cheese for my entire life. To say it’s a sad time is an understatement but I am coping well!
  2. I am a flat pack queen! Give me an IKEA wardrobe and I’d have it built in an hour!
  3. When I was 7, I got a pet hamster as a present on my birthday. I named him ‘Hamsterdam,’ and still to this day I think it’s the best name ever.
